The Ombudsman de Gatineau unveils its 2022 – 2025 strategic plan!
Gatineau, October 24, 2023, it is with great pride that we unveil the 2022 – 2025 strategic plan for which groups of citizens had the opportunity to voluntarily contribute. Always striving for continuous improvement, this strategic plan was inspired by suggestions gathered during a citizen consultation led by Bip Recherche. We are also proud to innovate by presenting this plan in an interactive digital format, so that the entire population of Gatineau can follow the actions taken in real time.
The Ombudsman de Gatineau: a guarantee of transparency and accountability!
The objective of the consultation was to evaluate the awareness, perception and, above all, the suggestions of Gatineau residents concerning the accessibility and services offered by the Ombudsman de Gatineau. Various groups were consulted:
- People who had already used the services of the Ombudsman de Gatineau;
- People who did not know the Ombudsman de Gatineau;
- Representatives of citizens’ associations and community groups.
