During the tabling of the 2020 annual report, the Ombudsman de Gatineau announced the launch of his new website, whose objective is to better meet the needs of citizens.

You will find new features such as:

• An interactive complaint form;
• An updated Frequently Asked Questions page that reflects frequently asked questions;
• A resource page including, among other things, video clips (coming soon), our current files, promotional tools, investigation reports, external resources that can help you and the table of recommendations;
• An enhanced Investigative and Intervention Powers page including our jurisdiction and examples of current referrals;
• An interactive page detailing the complaint process at our Office.
