The Ombudsman de Gatineau – An accessible Service
The ombudsman and his assistant are easily accessible! Choose the way that is most convenient for you:
- You may file a complaint by filling out our online complaint form or by emailing us at ombudsman@gatineau.ca;
- You may also leave a brief voice message at 819 595-4141.
- We will do our best to get back to you within the next two business days, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
- To discuss your request in person, and to ensure our presence at the office, it is preferable to make an appointment by contacting us in advance by phone: 819 595-4141.
