The Ombudsman and his assistant are working from home, but we remain determined to offer a quality service to the citizens of Gatineau. We continue to receive and process complaints.

- You may also leave a brief voice message at 819 595-4141. We will do our best to get back to you within two business days and during our regular office hours;
